Monitoring – Environmental Monitoring Systems: Post Harvest Inspection

The monitoring actually flows through all processes in the planning and layout by the means of our Environmental Monitoring System, our Standard Operating Procedures, and other operational structures. In this point of the forestry planning process it takes a more important role as the Post Harvest Inspection.

The post harvest inspection examines the cut blocks and monitors if site level management prescriptions have been met, if there has been changes to the permanent access structures (ie bridges, roads, etc), if there has been any damage done to the environment, and if there has been any new hazards created as a result of harvcesting.
